Tim Sullivan

Tim provides the commercial services for Luce Hill Appraisal Associates. This includes properties whose complexity requires a broader scope than more typical residential properties. As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, he has the most comprehensive license offered by the State of Vermont and can appraise any type of real estate. He has a comprehensive understanding of the real estate in the northern portions of the state, including its small to mid size population centers. Growing up in a real estate family with offices in Stowe has provided him the opportunity to become acquainted with, and understand, a wide variety of commercial and residential property. In addition, a family farming background has instilled a love and understanding of agricultural properties and timberland that he applies often in the appraisal field.

Tim's education includes a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Vermont and extensive coursework from the Appraisal Institute, of which he is an associate member. In addition to the appraisal field, he has related experience as a residential and commercial property manager, and in the construction field. Avocations include forestry, construction and farming.

Any profile would not be complete without mentioning his beautiful wife Valerie, daughter Isabelle, and son George, who would prefer he spend less time in the office. Their loss, however, is your gain. "I enjoy what I do and take pride in my work." The results speak for themselves.
