Beth H. D. Carrier
Beth moved to Vermont when she was 10 years
old. After graduating from the University of Vermont in
1973, she moved to the Stowe area, drawn by the allure of
"The Mountain". Beth has resided in Lamoille county
for twenty-eight years, the last twenty-two in Hyde Park.
Hyde Park is that quintessential village that you dream
of, conveniently located to both Stowe and Smugglers' Notch.
Beth is the mother of three children, two of whom are currently
attending college. She is active in the Lamoille County
Players productions , as well as Girl Scouts, choir, and
school activities.
Beth started her real estate career as a broker
in Stowe, over twenty years ago. She has been active in
various facets of real estate, including sales, rentals,
and property management. In 1988, Beth joined Luce Hill
Appraisal Associates, and has been appraising real estate
since that time. She has been a licensed real estate appraiser
since licensure started in the State of Vermont.
Beth specializes in appraising residential
properties. Her area of expertise includes all of Lamoille
county ( Cambridge, Hyde Park, Johnson, Morristown, Eden,
Elmore, Wolcott, Stowe, Waterville and Belvidere), and surrounding
towns such as Hardwick, Craftsbury, Albany, and Fletcher.
